I write code. I started off in basic and then pascal. When I got a real job, I learned a little classic ASP to get my first job and then used PowerBuilder for a while. I went back into classic ASP, writing COM objects in Visual Basic. Back then though, moving from PowerBuilder to VB was like stepping back into the dark ages. Even now, with the latest M$ incarnation and C#, I still feel like it’s behind the times. Still, needs must and it pays the bills. Now I work mainly in C# and ASP.NET with a second course of of PHP. I dabble in Ruby on Rails for pudding and obviously, I write all manner of customisations for wordpress. All that though, is just the icing on the cake. What I’m really good with data.
